For our head office in Schlieren, we are looking for a motivated and flexible
Administrator – Customer Service 100%
You will be responsible for the support and order processing of our national and international fleet customers. This varied and challenging position includes the following main tasks:
- Telephone and written contact with customers, dealers and other service providers.
- Preparation of offers and vehicle calculations
- Preparation of vehicle orders up to the coordination of deliveries
- Tracking, invoicing and evaluating existing/closed individual contracts
- Preparing fleet analyses and reports, including recommendations for the attention of the customer.
We expect the following profile from you:
- Completed commercial training
- Work experience in the field of internal sales would be an advantage
- Technical flair
- Initiative, assertiveness and networked thinking
- Very good knowledge of German and French, knowledge of English desirable
- Experienced with the MS-Office palette
- 20 – 30 years young
