We are making our internally programmed cloud solution, the Central Fleet Management System, available for a short period of time as a starter package for systematic data preparation.

The starter package can be set up quickly and easily. You determine the degree of detail over 3 levels yourself.

Cloud Service with fuel cards

We upload the data into our cloud for you. The data we may need for this includes an Excel with the driver data and if available a copy of the vehicle ID.

You will receive a fuel card from us for each vehicle, either from BP, Shell or AVIA, and benefit immediately from a 7.5 centime discount per litre. The actual costs involved are invoiced monthly.

The driver and vehicle data, fuel purchases and mileage are available online 24/7. You have direct access to all reports and can download them as CSV. You can make changes such as driver changes, resignations, changes of address or position changes yourself online at any time.

Claims management

Optionally, as an extended service, claims management can be handled via CarNet.

In the event of a claim or breakdown, drivers can reach us from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. or in emergencies via the 24/7 emergency number. In any case, we ensure that the driver remains mobile and organise a replacement or rental vehicle as required. The vehicle will be sent to our network of partners throughout Switzerland for repair and will be repaired to a high standard of quality at well negotiated conditions.

We take care of the settlement with the insurance company directly for you, all that is required is a corresponding damage report.

Calculation of the Total Cost of Ownership

How much does the fleet cost per month per vehicle effectively? This is a question that often cannot be answered.

To help you plan and optimise future costs, we calculate the total cost of ownership of each vehicle. This allows you to see in the online reporting which costs would have to be incurred for which vehicle as planned. The calculation includes depreciation, interest, fuel, maintenance, tyres and the presumed marketing value. All we need from you is the annual mileage of the vehicles.

Based on these calculations and our experience, we will show you the optimum service life of the vehicles as a recommendation for a future vehicle change.
